Our work is fully insured and quality assured, and we have £1 million of professional indemnity insurance cover. We use experience, technology, and training to ensure that you recieve the best service.
We have chosen not to practise as a regulated Solicitors firm as it increases insurance costs, involves the payment of contributions to the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and requires large amounts of time to be spent on regulatory administration. By keeping our administrative costs down, we can pass on savings to you, and spend our time on what matters: our service to you. As a result, however, we do not carry out the activities “reserved” to solicitors – conduct of litigation, court advocacy, conveyancing, probate, notarising and administration of oaths.
